SoleGuard™ Limited Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

Real Coverage. For the Life of the Work.
Transferable. Trusted. No fine-print nonsense. Our promise? If our work fails because of how it was done — we’ll make it right. Period.

At Sole Source Concrete Repair, we don’t just patch and disappear — we stand behind what we fix. That’s why every middle and top-tier package includes our SoleGuard™ Limited Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee— designed to give you long-term peace of mind, with clear expectations.

Yes, it follows the property — not just the person.

What It Covers:

SoleGuard™ applies to the specific work zone and covers failures directly caused by our workmanship or materials, including:

  • ✔️ Joint and crack sealants that fail due to improper application or product failure

  • ✔️ Blended or resurfaced finishes that reopen or deteriorate prematurely

  • ✔️ Self-leveling or grinding that breaks down due to poor surface prep or bonding

  • ✔️ Floor coatings that peel or delaminate due to our workmanship

  • ✔️ Interior foundation crack repairs that reopen only if due to poor prep or material failure

  • ✔️ Sump pumps we install that fail due to improper installation

  • ✔️ Trip hazard corrections or concrete lifting (even when subcontracted) if the failure is caused by incorrect methods or fill voids

Important Clarification: Sinking, Lifting, and Reopened Cracks:

We will re-do the work at no charge if it fails because we didn’t prep, install, or fill correctly — plain and simple.

However, this warranty does not cover any return of symptoms caused by:

  • Tree root growth

  • Poor site drainage or water pooling

  • Soil shifting, frost heave, or base erosion

  • Structural foundation movement

  • New cracks forming from hydrostatic pressure or ground stress

We guarantee our workmanship — not your soil.

Before doing any repair, we’ll let you know if there are underlying risks that limit our coverage.

Coverage Limit:

If the issue is caused by our materials or methods, we’ll re-do the work one time at no cost.
Warranty applies only to the original work area.

Package Eligibility:

  • ✔️ Included in all middle and top-tier packages, across all services — whether performed by us or a qualified subcontractor under our supervision.

  • Basic packages include a 1-year, non-transferable workmanship warranty, unless stated otherwise in writing.

What It Doesn’t Cover:

  • Cracks, shifts, or issues outside the treated area

  • Cosmetic variation (e.g., color, texture, blending visibility)

  • Wear and tear from de-icing salts, impacts, or normal traffic

  • Manufacturer defects in coatings or equipment

  • Work that is modified or tampered with after we leave

  • Issues caused by environmental or structural movement

Coverage for Subcontracted Work:

SoleGuard™ applies to services performed directly by Sole Source Concrete Repair or by a qualified and insured subcontractor working under our direction, provided the work is included in your original service agreement.

This includes:

  • Concrete lifting

  • Licensed plumbing and electrical services (when applicable)

  • Paver installation or re-installation

  • Sump pump installation & replacement

  • Concrete pouring or small-area replacement

  • Self-leveling overlays

  • Pressure washing (if performed as part of the scope)

We remain responsible for the quality and oversight of all subcontracted work included in your package. However, warranty coverage is limited to workmanship and material failure only, and does not extend to code violations, manufacturer defects, or work performed outside the agreed scope.

Transfer Conditions (Yes, It’s Transferable):

Selling your home or property? This warranty can transfer once to the next owner if:

  • We’re notified within 90 days of the property transfer

  • The new owner can provide proof of original work (invoice, title update, or work order)

Note: Warranty remains tied to the original scope and zone of repair.

Final Reminder:

SoleGuard™ backs what we fixed and how we fixed it.
If anything we applied fails because of how it was installed or the materials we used, we’ll make it right.

If a problem shows up because of our work, we’ll fix it.
If something else is going on, we’ll help you understand what’s next.
