The SoleGuard™ Guarantee
Peace of Mind. In Writing.
When you hire someone to repair your concrete, you’re not just paying for materials and time — you’re trusting that the work will last. That it won’t quietly fail six months from now. That if something goes wrong, you won’t be left holding the bag.
At Sole Source Concrete Repair, we take that trust seriously.
That’s why every repair we do comes with a written guarantee — and in many cases, that guarantee is transferable to the next owner and may even include lifetime coverage depending on the type of service.
We don’t believe in fine print. We believe in fixing what we said we’d fix, standing behind how we did it, and giving you something that holds up — in concrete and on paper.
🛠️ What’s In It for You?
No Guessing Games:
You’ll know exactly what’s covered and for how long — because it’ll be in writing before we start.
Peace of Mind at Resale:
If your repair qualifies, it comes with a fully transferable guarantee — giving buyers confidence and helping you protect (or even boost) your home’s equity.
Real Coverage, Not Just Promises:
If something goes wrong because of how we prepped, installed, or repaired it, we’ll fix it. Period.
Options to Upgrade:
Some services are eligible for SoleGuard™ Lifetime Guarantee coverage — ask us if yours qualifies.
📄 What Does the Guarantee Cover?
It depends on the service. Your written quote or invoice will clearly show:
-
What work is covered
-
How long the coverage lasts
-
Whether the guarantee is transferable
-
Any specific exclusions based on the job scope
In general, when a guarantee applies, it covers failures due to workmanship or product failure within the treated area — not outside conditions like soil movement, water intrusion, or structural shifting. We’ll always be upfront if something on-site may limit what we can guarantee.
⚠️ Why We Put It in Writing
Because your time and money matter. And because you deserve to feel confident that this isn’t just a “quick fix” — it’s a service you can count on.
You don’t have to wonder if you’re protected.
If it’s covered, you’ll see it in writing.
And if something goes wrong that shouldn’t have — we’ll own it.
📣 Want Coverage That Travels With the Home?
Many of our clients choose to upgrade to transferable coverage to help increase resale value and give future buyers peace of mind.
If you’re listing your home — or thinking long-term — ask us about transferable or extended guarantees when we quote your repair.
